Job Purpose
To develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and onboarding businesses to join the GRASP 2030 initiative. This role is focused on expanding the network of signatories and enhancing the visibility and appeal of GRASP 2030. By building strong relationships and utilizing various recruitment methods, the role will be crucial in driving the initiative’s growth and success in reducing food loss and waste across the food supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategy to attract and recruit businesses to join GRASP 2030 (e.g. identify business sectors and onboarding processes)
- Keep track of recruitment target (e.g. number of new signatories)
- Advise project leaders on business recruitment
- Provide insights and recommendations on ways to improve GRASP2030 brand (e.g communication materials, preparing slides, etc)
- Coordinate with internal team during business recruitment process
- Participate and active in various events related on food sectors including the food supply chain
- Build and maintain strong relationships with signatories and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on recruitment performance, including targets and outcomes.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience on business recruitment, corporate partnerships, or a related field
- Knowledge of food and food supply chain sector
- Experience with pitching and business sector screening
- Familiarity with social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Food or Food supply chain sectors, or relevant field
