WBCSD Member Recruitments

On July 12th – 13th, IBCSD had a very pleasant visit from WBCSD Managing Director of Members and Other Stakeholder Relations, Federico Merlo. The 2 days business trip to Jakarta was focusing on getting to know IBCSD’s members, which are Indonesian companies that might be eligible to be a part of WBCSD. WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) itself is a global, CEO-led organization of over 200 leading businesses working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world. They help make their member companies more successful and sustainable by focusing on the maximum positive impact for shareholders, the environment and societies.

WBCSD member companies come from all business sectors and all major economies, representing a combined revenue of more than US$8.5 trillion and with 19 million employees. The Global Network of almost 70 national business councils gives WBCSD members unparalleled reach across the globe. WBCSD is uniquely positioned to work with member companies along and across value chains to deliver high-impact business solutions to the most challenging sustainability issues.
